MICHAEL LARSEN
Associate Director, Affiliate Relations

Michael Larsen is responsible for affiliate relations regarding RAFI® and client relationship management, as well as planning efforts for both RA and affiliates.

Prior to joining Research Affiliates®, Michael had been an independent investment advisor. In addition, he served as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director, Investment Advisory Services for The Threshold Group, a multi-client family office. Prior to Threshold, Michael was Managing Director, Private Client Services for Trust Company of the West. He has held other positions with a private family office, and has more than 15 years experience in investments, financial analysis, relationship management, and administration.

Michael earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an MA East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia. His Bachelor of Science degree is from the University of Nebraska.
